Nath smokes brisket and pork shoulder for hours over oak, piles them into buns with house pickles and sauces, and loads the dirty fries until they need a fork. Regulars at Finzels Reach, Temple Quay and Tobacco Factory markets, with barbecue classes and monthly cookouts at the smokehouse in Backwell.
